booking policy

We accept bookings for groups of all sizes, with a few simple guidelines to help us serve you better:

  • Bookings are reserved for 1.5 hours.

  • Groups of 12 or more are reserved for 2 hours.

  • If you’d like to stay longer, just mention it in the booking notes or email us at 11tapasbar.nz@gmail.com – we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time. Tables will be held for 15 minutes past your reservation time before being released to walk-ins.

For groups of 12 or more on Fridays and Saturdays, we will require a $100 fully refundable booking deposit to secure your table. The deposit will be refunded to the original payment source or can be adjusted in your final bill upon request, provided the group shows up on time and the confirmed number of guests attend. In case of a no-show or if the group size is significantly reduced without prior notice, the deposit may be forfeited.

The person who made the booking can make changes to the reservation up to 5 hours prior to the booking time. To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please ensure your booking details are up to date — or feel free to email us if you need help making any changes.
