booking policy

We accept bookings for groups of up to 12 people only, with a few simple guidelines to help us serve you better:

• Standard bookings are reserved for 1.5 hours.

• Groups of 7–12 people are reserved for 2 hours.

If you'd like to stay longer, just mention it in the booking notes or email us at 11tapasbar.nz@gmail.com — we'll do our best to accommodate.

Please arrive on time.
Tables will be held for 15 minutes past your reservation time before being released to walk-ins.

The person who made the booking can make changes to the reservation up to 5 hours prior to the booking time. Please ensure your booking details are up to date — or feel free to email us if you need help making any changes.

Please note:
We are an R18 venue. All guests must be 18 years or older to drink and dine with us.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and ID will be required for entry and alcohol service.
