booking policy

  • We accept bookings for groups of up to 12 guests.

  • Standard bookings are for 1.5 hours.

  • Groups of 7–12 guests are allocated 2 hours.

  • If you’d like to stay longer, mention it in the booking notes or email 11tapasbar.nz@gmail.com. We’ll accommodate where possible.

  • Please arrive on time. Tables are held for 15 minutes past the booking time before being released.

  • Changes can be made up to 5 hours before the booking. Ensure your details are correct or email us for assistance.

  • A $10 per person pre-authorization is required for all bookings. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. The amount will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made within 5 hours of the booking.

  • Eleven is an R18 venue. All guests must be 18+ to drink and dine.

  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Valid ID is required for entry and alcohol service.
